Just how George Harrison wrote Here Comes The Sun in Eric Clapton’s garden, I wrote this sitting outside on a sunny spring day (though it was my own place, not Eric’s). Normally I have a notebook with me to write my lyrics down, but the song came pouring out of me so I had to memorize the lyrics as I didn’t want to run inside to get my notebook in case I lost the muse.
